Angry Grilled Shrimp

2 pounds Shrimp, de-veined and clean

1 cup Red Pepper Sauce

1 Tablespoon oil

Red Pepper Sauce

1 Tablespoon Coriander seeds

1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin seeds

4 to 5 cloves of Garlic, peeled and thinly sliced

2 to 3 dry hot Red Chili's, broken

1/2 cup Oil

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1 1/4 cup Tomato puree

1/2 cup Cilantro leaves, washed finely

Pinch of sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Toast the coriander and cumin seeds in a dry pan until a sweet aroma is released. Add the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, red chili's, oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, paprika, tomato puree, sugar and salt into a small grinder and grind it into a red paste. Set aside.

Take some half the red pepper sauce in a bowl and add shrimp to the sauce. Keep half of the sauce aside.

Let the shrimp marinate in the sauce for 10 minutes.

Take a grill pan or a flat pan. Add oil, when the oil is heated add shrimp. Cook on either side for 1 to 2 minutes or until the shrimp are translucent or done.

Remove it on a platter and add chopped cilantro leaves and serve with the half of the remaining

red pepper sauce.
